The challenge
All of the Retail Managers in the UK and in the Middle East have over 150 were individually handling their own recruitment and talent attraction. There was no brand consistency in how they were attracting talent from in and outside of the industry and in turn, not representing brand in its best light.
The idea
A National Recruitment Service was created. For a fee each Manager would have access to a suite of creative collateral. This included a careers website, online content for job boards, social media and an in depth guide on how to get the best out of the service. The service provided them with a structure and consistency that they were looking for.
