The challenge
The volunteers at any FIFA World Cup are the beating heart that connects people to the greatest football spectacle in the world. When Qatar became the hosts they needed to recruit 20,000 volunteers to be the spirit and soul at the event.

The idea
Told through the lens of 'Create Amazing’, we created a detailed, engaging content and creative strategy that would inspire potential volunteers. This included a global launch, interactive digital experiences, a travelling roadshow and a whole host of other experiences that would bring to life the role of a volunteer.
