The challenge
BP, one of the world's leading oil and gas companies needed a flexible employment brand proposition and strategy that could truly represent the culture and opportunities available to their audience. The creative expression of the EBP had to be two things - distinctive and flexible.
The idea
The foundation of the EBP started with analysis and research, establishing the feelings amongst employees. Using the BP logo as inspiration we created a dynamic, visual framework that could be used to tell their story.
