The challenge
Greene King had four internal colleague values. Respect, Customers, Teamwork and Results. These values needed to motivate all employees so that they could reach their full potential and become the DNA and fabric of the GK culture. These values had to have a strong platform to sing from so they could be used as a winning beacon for all the employees to believe in and live by.
The solution
Alongside the Greene King brand team and Senior stakeholders we created a strong, iconic brand for Winning Ways. Four V’s came together to form to W’s giving the brand an olympic inspired expression.
A mark that brings people together. A Winning Ways culture strategy was developed and then embedded into the company’s culture and into every aspect of the employees life. Performance development guides were designed to identify and teach the Winning Ways ethos and its flexible approach helped deliver important initiatives such as Heath and Wellbeing week. Buildings were dressed in the branding alongside a clothing brand and online learning content where employees shared their own success stories of how they embody Winning Ways.
